Choose a starting package

The standard buffet is $28 per person, with a minimum of 15 people. It includes rice, garlic potatoes, fattoush salad, hummus, garlic sauce, turnips, pickles, bread and cabbage salad. Choose mixed skewers of kafta, chicken and kabab, or chicken and beef shawarma.

For $7 more per person, add baba ghanouj, falafel, vegetarian grape leaves and a choice of cheese rolls, sambousek or kibbeh. If those packages do not suit the event, ask for a specific custom quote.

The pickup location is part of the event order

When a business has two stores, the city on the receipt matters. A good menu plan can still be delayed if the person collecting food heads to the wrong location. Confirming the store should be part of the final review.

Send the pickup address to the person collecting the order, not only the business name.

An event quote begins with useful details

A quote conversation needs enough information to describe the event rather than just a request for a price. Guest count, date, preferred dishes and serving format give the team a practical starting point. Ingredient needs and timing belong in that conversation too.

Use the catering page’s phone choices to contact the store you intend to work with.

Advance notice matters for slow-cooked centerpieces

A slow-cooked centerpiece can require planning that is different from an everyday individual meal. The menu’s notice period is part of the order, not a suggestion to ignore until the day of the event. Ask early when building a gathering around such a dish.

Yalla’s slow-cooked lamb-leg family platter lists seven days’ notice. Check lead times for the rest of your event menu as well.

A host should keep the order details accessible

Ingredient questions can arise after the food has been collected. Keeping the descriptions and contact information available helps the host respond accurately. Guessing from a dish’s appearance is not a good replacement for the actual order details.

Save the item descriptions and the store phone number with the event plan.

Changes are easier before the order is finalized

A late change can affect more than one item when it involves portions, ingredients or timing. Gathering requests early gives the team a clearer plan to work with. Finalizing the order should be a deliberate review rather than an accidental last message.

Ask guests for essential ingredient requests before confirming the event selection.

Catering and an everyday pickup order are different conversations

A regular pickup order uses the current checkout menu. An event order may need discussion about quantities, lead time, custom dishes and serving style. Knowing which kind of order you are planning helps you choose the right next step.

Use the catering quote phone options when the event needs a planned menu rather than only a few standard items.
