Delivery availability depends on the actual address
The idea
A regional food guide can help someone plan a visit, but it does not define a delivery area. The ordering provider checks the address and shows the current options. A city name alone is not enough to promise delivery to every location within it.
A practical next step
Enter the correct destination in the delivery provider before relying on an order being available for that address.
